The Rio Rapid Heel foot smoother gives instant smooth results with durable crystal tips smoothing away calluses and removing dry skin on heels and toes in seconds. With durable speeds of up to 4400 RPM the Rio heel smoother quickly and effortlessly gets to work on those not so nice areas of your feet. Additionally the unit comes with a shield and collector that protects your hands and collects the dead skin cells at the same time.
To use the foot smoother, simply click one of the two durable tips into place, turn the foot smoother on and select the speed setting you require, either regular or intense. Work your way around the treatment area until you are done before moving on to the next area.
The two different tips remove dead skin cells, dry skin and calluses to make your skin smooth. The large crystal tip is ideal for larger areas like the heels and the small crystal tip is for smaller areas like the toes.
Use one of the four treatment modes for instant results. The modes include the sole of the feet, around the heel and surrounding areas, in-between the toes and on the ball of the foot.

I bought this after I managed to break my old manual heel file by pressing it too hard.
My first impression was that it wasn't going to be powerful enough, but I whacked it onto intensive mode (it has two speed settings) and gently smoothed away on the tough areas on my big toe and ball of my foot, and it worked very well.
I could see the old dead skin flying into the air in fine powder form and afterwards my skin felt much smoother; much more so than I had managed to get with the old manual file.

I haven't had such a smooth foot since I stopped having regularly chiropody treatments with it scrapped off with a scalpel. And when you compare the price of one versus the other it's stopped all need for me to go at all. Would highly recommend - far better than manual files or chiropody sponges which are harder to direct just to the affected area.

This is just a great product. I am a dancer and struggle to keep up with hard skin removal. I have tried all possible models of files, stones, etc. from very bad to almost good, but none of them made me look forward to the hard skin removal routine.
This little marvel is in a category of its own. It works really well, it is painless and effortless, it is progressive, I now know what my underfoot skin looks like for the first time in years!
Highly recommended.

Rough Feet..
I bought the Rio Rapid Heel Foot File because i have very rough skin on my feet. I have to say it is brilliant i would give it top marks and well worth the money.

Waste of money! Doesn't work!

rubbish

Great buy
I bought this for my wife who has other Rio products. Having used it at least twice she finds it really easy to use and can quickly smooth out any hard skin.
