With the unique double-ended applicators simply pull the top off to reveal the detailing pen or unscrew the top to reveal the fine line brush. These applicators enable intricate designs to be created easily at home.
The application
Before you go crazy on your nails, it's a good idea to study the design chart for inspirational ideas and watch the DVD for important tips and techniques.
Top tip
You might want to practice your designs on a sheet of paper before you try it out on your nails. It's a good idea to work on a few sheets of newspaper just in case you make a mess. Make sure your nails are clean and dry before you start and have some nail varnish remover handy to clean the brushes.
When you're ready to go, apply your base colour. This can be one of the colours supplied or it can be ordinary nail polish. When your base colour is dry build up the design using the basic techniques of dots, teardrops, strokes and swirls (all of which are explained in the user guide and the DVD).
When you are happy with your design let it dry, then work on your other nails. You can enhance your designs by adding the rhinestone gems and glitter.

The brush is really thin, good for doing lines and the pen is good for dots and different patterns. They come with a little pin attached to each pen, this is useful when the paint gets blocked up, by using the pin it unblocks the nib and keeps the flow of paint smooth.
I would recommend these pens to first timers as they are easy and simple to use and they also come with instructions which enable great results!
My only regret is that I didn't get one for myself :)
