Microdermabrasion is recommended by dermatologists and salon professionals for visibly rejuvenating the complexion. The process has long been known to accelerate natural skin renewal, but only recently has the technology been developed for home use. Regular use will help even out skin tone, giving a fresh and healthy appearance to the skin.
The Rio Microderma is a twin speed applicator that uses micro-oscillations for maximum results with little effort. A lightweight and portable design makes the Rio Microderma a must have for your skincare routine.
Before you begin using the Rio Microderma, do a patch test on the inside of your forearm or on a small area of skin for possible skin reaction. When you're ready, clean your face with a mild soap-free cleanser, rinse off and pat dry. Dip the sponge applicator into the Microderma crème and dot the crème onto your forehead, cheeks, chin and nose. Switch the unit on and choose the Hi or Low setting depending on what feels most comfortable. Gently massage the crème into each treatment area for about 1-2 minutes. The vibrating unit will effectively distribute the crème and ensure an even microdermabrasion action. When you have finished clean your face and gently towel dry.
For evening treatments, apply a mild, unscented night cream and for daytime treatments, apply a moisturiser with a SPF30 rating.

I agree with the other positive reviewer on the fact that one of the reviews stated watery solution like almonds in water or something! Yeah right!!! ITS AMAZING!!
I am 14 with pale problem (spot prone) skin, and i wanted a product that would MAYBE help with spots, but to mainly make the clear skin look really clear and radiant. I was originally looking for a cheap microdermabrasion product after seeing an advertisement on TV for youthful essence by susan (lucci? or something similar) and i dont think i could have chosen better.
When i followed the direcions exactly (dab the solution onto cheeks, forhead, chin, nose etc. and gently rub in circles on each area for 1-2 minutes) and oh my god it was amazing!!!!! My skin ws 10x more radiant, it was completely exfoliated yet moisturised and my pores were radically reduced!!!! It also helped to reduce spot size!!!
HIGHLY RECOMEND IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Completely useless I am afraid. It just vibrates, the cream is like water with crushed nuts in it. Complete rip off. just save your money and buy avon dermabrasion system (two tubes of exfoliator) miles better.

I was a bit sceptical when I bought this product, but due to the many good reviews I thought I would try it out while it was on offer. I am happy I did because I have been very pleased with the results. I had acne as a teenager and still had the scarred patches around my face. I have been using this product for three weeks now, concentrating on the areas where I had scars, and there has definely been an improvement. I can still feel them if I brush my hand over the areas, but they arent half as visible as they used to be. I'm hoping that with continued use they will reduce even further. Some have complained about the cream that is supplied with the kit. My skin is quite sensitive and I found that the beads in the cream weren't too harsh that it irritated my skin or caused any discomfort. It did what it was meant to do and I was comfortable to use to everyday during first week as you are instructed to do. Some information I would have found useful but couldn't find before buying the product is that there is a form that comes with the product if you need replacement sponges or more face cream, which are both relatively cheap. All in all, I have been very satisfied with this product and will continue to use it for a long time yet.
