Format:Audio CD
By no means is this a bad mix, but you can't help but get the feeling that Spyro's trying too hard. The mix is fast and frantic, but feels a bit all over the place, as though there's no end in sight, just an attempt to get loads of tunes in there. There are some top quality tunes such as; Reservoir Dogs' Buddha Finger and Scratchy's wicked Shangooli, and Spyro's mixing on CD decks is pretty entertaining. But I'd liked to have heard more of Spyro's own productions, which, if anyone has heard his Rinse show in the past, are sick. And I'd have liked a little bit more of set cohesion. All in all it's an OK mix CD from the Rinse series, but I think Spyro has way more to offer.

I have bought this a few years after this was released, agreed, but it sounds dated even for then. It has a very urban/almost r&b sound. I was kind of going with it but when 'I dont smoke' was just shoe-horned in the flow was killed. I wanted more like n-type and plastician from the rinse range which are excellent. This is more mid-range/small bass rather than the low frequency sound that I hoped. There is a garage influence but without the garage sub base. This is almost chart music
