I have been using the unit for 2 days now. It works superbly. I am using it for my TomTom Go 940 live as well as the IPhone and at the same time charging my Kensington Battery unit. It took it all in style.

I have a Tomtom satnav and an iPhone. I wanted to be able to charge both at the same time while driving. This gadget allows you to do just that. It sits neatly in one of the front cup holders of my Ford Focus, plugs into the gigar lighter socket and gives you two 12v sockets and two USB sockets for your gadgets. I can't think of any way it could be improved.
As a bonus, a row of little coloured LEDs show you the state of your car battery and charging system.

Found this to be very useful when using car DVD players, Sat Nav and Ipod FM transmitter at the same time when travelling to France. USB will be well used when children wish to cahrge phones in the car using USB cable.

My opinion of the Ring 12 volt In-Car Can Multisocket with Twin USB...
it is one of the best items i bought for my car. i would only recommend that the manufacturer to include some cover for the open unused wholes.
