Product Description

Imagine the value of a personal protective force-field in a combat situation. Professor Standing had more than imagined it, he'd actually made one, or had very nearly completed it. The only problem was that of funding. The MOD had lost patience and the funding was going to be stopped, so the professor was looking at alternative sources of finance.
Enter ex-Sgt. Curly Curtis, late of the SAS. He is assigned the task of infiltrating the plant and acquiring all information before it leaves the country, destined to potentially hostile powers. However, the system isn’t perfect and there’s an accident in the lab. Curtis’s last awareness before blacking out was of someone saying that his face was melting.
A week later, a young woman wakes in hospital two hundred miles away with no memory of who she is or how she got there. The amnesia doesn't last, but with recall come some unique problems. Join her on her struggle to find herself and to finish the job that Rob Curtis was assigned.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tanya is a good writer ... Story was a good read, 5 July 2011

I enjoy stories with transgendered characters and Tanya's writing is good in that the story stands on it's own without getting carried away with superficial things such as clothing, makeup, etc. This would be good thriller even without the TG twist to the story.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Fine Tanya Allan Novel, 12 May 2011
By Samuel Rafael - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Ring the Change (Kindle Edition)
A James Bond-type thriller, thoroughly updated to fit the current world political tensions. Never a dull moment with a spectacular tg heroine keeping the enemy more than occupied. Woven around an ingenious plot with the world's future hanging in the balance. Ian Flemming would definitely be impressed. Heartily recommend!

4.0 out of 5 stars Ring the Change, 11 Nov 2011

This was actually not a bad read at all. The character was developed in a way that one can identify with, however super heroine powers on the boot stretched it a bit. I guess if you are a fan of transformations then why not into a wonder woman. Definitely one of the better books I have read in the genre and a recommend.
