This silent Hitchcock film has been wonderfully restored by the BFI. If you like Hitchcock, you'll like this, as it has many Hitch hallmarks which you start to see echoed in his next early films, and even in his more successful later Hollywood blockbusters. The camera work draws you in, the characters are established well, the pace is good. Of course it all looks very old now and it is mainly for its' charm and curiosity values which makes it particularly appealing, but for anyone (like me) who has appreciated Hitchcock's art, I would wholeheartedly recommend this film to you.
