Like most, I found the step aerobics on Wii Fit a bit too easy and was looking for a way to add some more challenge.
I bought this riiser and really like it. It has made my workouts more intensive and after 30 mins of stepping I can feel my leg muscles really working. It also adds to the levels of workout in other activities, including the rhytym boxing.
The only drawback I found was the slight movement, but I tried using some of the fabric that goes under rugs to stop them slipping, putting a piece inside the 'cups' that hold the wii board feet. It doesn't affect the games or the reading of weight etc and has completely eliminated any movement.
All we need now is a more intensive workout game for step... over to you Nintendo
