When I read the review on this book, I couldn't wait to read it. It didn't disappoint. I felt every emotion going with this book. I wanted to hit the main male character over the head at times, but in a good way, only because Jennifer has a way of making you believe you part of the story as she tells it so well.Going to start on Morgans story now.

Hunting for some reality 30 Jun 2013

I read all 3 of the Hunted series and though the story line was plausible some of the things included were not. For instance - if Cameron really loved Marti he would definitely have had Shelly take a pregnancy test to begin with, especially since he new knew she was a gold digger. And Marti wouldn't so easily have forgiven Cameron over and over again when he kept rejecting her. And in saved by a Rancher Jenna could not have sex a day after having 17 stitches in her side and also a number of them in her head and being beaten to a pulp. Not only that she was barely ambulatory when she left the hospital and when she got home she walked to the barn and got on her horse for a walk around the meadow. Please I know it's fiction, but we aren't brain dead.

Totally disappointed :( 4 May 2013

After reading the first two book in this series I thought I'd be in for another unable to put it down read --------WRONG! In the other two I was able to know right off who was the hunted in this one I'm still trying to figure out what the story had to do with the title. This story should have been titled - The Stupid! It contains none of the actions, suspense, and love that the other two showed. This story is about a "supposedly" head of a multi-billion dollar corporation who had intelligent people working for him and a supposed dead wife who died in childbirth yet he took a scheming woman's word that she was pregnant by him. Where was his discernment that he used to reach the top of his professional career. And did his deceased wife not show him any proof - a pregnancy test, a paper from the doctor, lab results, morning sickness, weird cravings - the he would expect to see if a woman was pregnant. To me Cameron was a weak, sullen, whiney, idiot. Marti was almost just as bad I mean really, to have "sex" with a man already engaged and continuously put yourself out there to be trampled on all in the name of "love". In the famous words of Tina Tuner - "What's love got to do with it?". The ONLY reason I finished it is because I paid for it. I wonder if this book was written in a hurry to fulfill a contract. I was totally disappointed. :(

No man would be so stupid as to fall for the lies of the other woman! This man is supposed to be intelligent in business and he loves his little girl. Why in the world would he marry a woman who hates children!

Liked the first two... this one, not so much. The hero is a moron! 11 Oct 2013

What in the world? Not what I was expecting after the first two books in the hunted series. Honestly at the end I was wishing the heroine would just leave him. Everyone tells him throughout the book that he is a moron, idiot, a-hole... and he is! The way he treats the heroine is terrible. Over and over again he does the same stupid rejecting things and then at the end when he finally sees the light, she's waiting for him in bed and all's forgiven. She'd be better off without him.... skip this one of the series, you'll be glad you did.

WOW! 1 May 2013

I could easily say that I am stunned speechless, but it would not make for a decent review, wouldn't it?

I was not sure that Ms. Ryan could have outdone herself, but she did. While the first two books offered a healthy dose of suspense to keep the reader interested, this installment in the series kept me feverishly reading this book in one day. I just could not put it down!!

This story was a bit predictable in places, but the way the story flowed... I just could not put the book down. I literally killed my Kindle's battery with my inability to stop reading. That is saying something!

Not to offer too much in spoilers (because I totally think this book needs to be read to be fully appreciated), you will feel frustrated, furious and hopeful all at the same time. There are moments that brought me to tears as well as a small smile in some parts. Yes, there was suspense. Yes, there was drama. Yes, there was steamy parts. And yes, it offered growth of the previous characters as well as a real feel of love.

While some may wonder how Cameron's story manages to fit in with the notion of it being one of "The Hunted Series"; meaning someone is being hunted down... it does. It is just in a different light of what being hunted means. You will fully understand it once you read the story.

While I wanted to smack Cameron from time to time as well as wanting to strangle Shelly and shake Marti... this story really outdid itself in the series. Each book in the series is a stand alone book, but intertwines very nicely with the previous books. If I could give my rating more than 5 stars.... I would, but alas... I only happen to be allowed to give it a solid 5. I highly recommend you get yourself a copy and forget doing anything else. That is what I did!
