This anime is a classic. An old fashion story with a new twist to the tale. Fast, high detail car chases, high action shoot outs, and a thick headed cop to make the mess even bigger.

A must see anime and a personal favorite.

This DVD is a must for any Gunsmith Cats fan. Characters and vehicles are drawn superbly in the same style as the comic books. Action is fast and furious, animation slick and fluid. A good way to spend just under an hour. Just seeing Bean Bandit is worth it and the attention to car details is phenomenal. Hell it even shows accurate gear changes!

Whilst the animation itself is great, the only downside is that this DVD has no extras to speak of - a shame now that Japanese animation is gaining a much wider audience and more titles are being released on this media. In some ways though this is expected seeing as it was originally released in 1989.

Overall a good cartoon that'll have you laughing for ages. A must for animation fans and for anyone who has read the Dark Horse trade paperbacks.

The information on Amazon says main language 'Japanese' well that's a load of complete rubbish ! The box clearly states in big yellow print 'ENGLISH DIALOGUE'. Personally I hate anim� in English, the Japanese dubs are always superior in my opinion. I understand that for some people reading subtitles takes the enjoyment away, but I'd rather have superior voice acting and have to read some text than listen to the drivel that passes for an English dub. I loved Gunsmith Cats: Bulletproof, it is an amazing anim� and I would recommend it to anyone, but the dub renders this second rate which it shouldn't be !

So in conclusion I hate false advertising, and I can't stand the inferior voice acting that is allowed to occur in most English dubs (the Tenchi Muyo ones are passable).

Great anime ruined ! Money down the drain ! Thanks Amazon for nothin'
