There seems to be a lot of negativity around this product, so I would like to add some balance.

I don't own a motorbike, but I do own a bicycle. I have attached this mount to the handlebars, sidebars and seatpost of my bike and the results have been absolutely fine. The material may not be the sturdiest, so you may think twice about attaching it if there is any chance of wiping out mid-recording.

I also am a keen skier, and this is ideal for attaching to a ski pole. Because it's a lightweight bracket, it's easy to hold the camera at arms length and film.

It may be that this bracket is not suitable for high speed motor sport, but that doesn't mean it's a bad product.

Works but Limited 6 Oct 2011
There is no question that this works but I wanted to use it in a quite confined space on the crash bars of my motorcycle and found the long fixing bolts sticking out from the opposite side to the camera fitting got in the way and made it impossible to fit. Tried turning the bolts around and using them facing the camera but they could not be fitted that way. I have still given this four stars as I think that it would work OK on bike seat posts and other "open" tubing.
