If you are a JKD student expecting perhaps Larry Hartsell type standup grappling then this is not for you: it doesn't cover standup grappling into groundwork techniques. Instead it is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu course beginning from the ground using the gi (to the uninitiated, some techniques rely on the participants wearing the tough Karate-like outfit). Indeed the DVD cover shows participants wearing t-shirts and not gi's. Nonetheless it is a good introduction to the guard, passing the guard, the side mount, knee-on-belly, the full mount along with some submissions. I have only modest groundwork experience found it clear and useful.
