Easy to fit in place of existing screws and didn't encounter any of the problems other reviewers have mentioned. Look good once on and will deter the opportunist number plate thief. However, I can't see how the tool/key is unique in any way so there's nothing to stop somebody else with the same set and tool/key using it to steal your number plates.

Its far to easy to take off number plates with the plastic bolts, or normal screws. Even easier for stick on plates. This pack of bolts is perfect for stopping you losing what could be an expensive plate, or getting your cars plates used on a similar car for bilking (taking petrol without paying)
I can't make out whether or not the bolts are made from plastic or metal. Nevertheless, they do the job just right. Can't unscrew the bolts without the special tool and the allen key.

Anti-theft Bolts - Every little helps!
My son had his number plates stolen so brought a set of these to refit new ones. Special tool supplied to fit bolts making it harder to remove than a normal screw fitting. Read more
