I am currently a Senior Lecturer in Management at Newcastle University Business School. My background is in the social studies of science, technology and innovation, and I have written on the history of computing, the role of IT in society and organisations, and aspects of the dramatic changes in expert labour that have been taking place over the last 30 years.
