This is an extremely affectionate and informative crtique of one of the great British wordsmiths of the 20th century! Author of such influential works such as A High Wind In Jamaica, The Fox in the attic and the finest seafaring novel ever written: In Hazzard. I was fortunate enough to be tutored by Richard Poole at Coleg Harlech, and it was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had!He provided me with an insatiable appetite for reading novels. Thankyou Richard.
