This is her second best album from the SAW era, the best being Let's get to it. It contains some of the best material she recorded with SAW, actually some of the best songs she have ever recorded! It sounds like they all had more ambition than before and worked much harder. Except 2 covers on the previous albums, this is the first time she recorded material written by others, all in all 4 songs. "The world stills turns" is a real good ballad and one of my favorites, "One boy girl" is simple pop and the closing "Count the days" and the title track were co-written by Madonna's Stephen Bray. "Count the days" really sound like an early Madonna track. But we are talking Kylie here so don't expect a second "Into the groove". I think Kylie should (maybe she is) be proud and grateful for her SAW period. Proud because they are good songs that are really catchy, this album being no exception, and grateful cause to me it's obvious that SAW's best material went to Kylie, like on this album, and to Donna Summer. Not everything they touched turned into gold or sounds just as good today as it did in 1990.
