Been using it for the past month and a bit, 6 times a week and it is holding up well. I have it attached to a chunk of wood inbetween the rafters in my garage. I remember reading a review saying this was a bad idea because it rocked the roof. I have not encountered this problem, I think it was just the guy's roof being frail.
The bag, bolts and hanger are all well made. I think they're very durable. The skipping rope I snapped after 5 days of use. I was using it outside on concrete outside my garage. And it snapped in the middle. I found the gloves as well to be uncomfortable and did not protect my knuckles as well as they should have done and was getting pain in one hand. I don't know if this was due to me punching the bag wrong but I proceeded to buy another set of normal boxing gloves from Argos and there seemed to be no more pain suffered injuries.
If I was buying this again, I would only buy it for the bag and equipment to hold it up. Apart from that I do believe the rest were a bit shoddy. Overall 4/5.

Seems like an excellent product, arrived within 4 days, the gloves provided are medium and are a bit tight on me, so if necessary it might be an idea to request a larger pair. I hung it from a wooden board between 2 wooden ceiling rafters and the whole roof has started to shake everytime I hit the thing, so again make sure you have a good solid structure to hang it from.
