I bought this mirror after previously having two Revlon Hollywood mirrors which kept blowing bulbs. Thought this might be better as has batteries, LED bulbs and can be used hand held. However I was disappointed and am now considering getting another Hollywood mirror. The light is not helpful as it is not very bright and gives a blueish light. Also I preferred the Hollywood mirror as you can tilt that to the angle you need whereas on this one the angle is fixed unless you pick it up and hold it (which I find tricky as normally use both hands when putting on make-up etc). The Hollywood also has a storage area in the back where you can keep your eyebrow tweezers. All in all I was disappointed with this mirror and wish I had stuck with the Hollywood.

My elderley neighbour was quite distressed when the grand-children destroyed her antique hand mirror so I bought her this as an Unbirthday present. I was impressed with the design. She was delighted with it and now the grand-kids want one (each). It is a nice size, lightweight but robust. The level of lighting seems to me to be perfect for the application. Lighting is by LED so it should have a good battery life. My neighbour did have a problem with the light switch but her hands are somewhat weak. Most people would not have no difficulty.

Bought this mirror as an extra Christmas gift for my daughter and it arrived very quickly.
The size of the mirror is however a bit smaller than I expected. Also the stand cannot be adjusted so the mirror has to be hand-held to tilt it.

Very disappointing

Good value purchase. Would of been helpful if you could adjust the angle though. Light is a great added feature.

Bathroom mirror
This is perfect for close viewing. I had this for Christmas off my mum and it is great for highlighting the small hairs around the eyebrow.Would definitely recommend it to others.
