Product Description
For some years the Transall Fleet of the German Luftwaffe has been used mainly to resupply German ISAF Troops serving in Afghanistan. Because the aircraft are exposed to specific dangers, special protective measures have to be taken to protect them. In the main this means the attachment of external mounting points for Chaff and Flare Dispensers in two pods under the wings, various sensors and a large array of ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) equipment.
