These packs have proved invaluable. I bought them because of shoulder and neck pain and used them hot. Yesterday I slipped and hurt my foot and used them ice cold. They mould round limbs well and helped relieve the swelling.

The gel packs supplied have been of great use in reducing the swelling in my knee. Although the picture with the clear plastic and blue gel was not the product that I recieved, it would be good if thy also showed the white packs and stated you could get either. Apart from that they work very well.

I obtained the reusable hot/cold ice/heat compress gel packs for my husband who suffers from Authritis.
Sometimes his knee becomes very swollen and he limps badly. I use the ice cold compress gel packs (inside a pillowcase) put them on his knee, put a bandage around the packs and leave it on for 15 minutes.
I do this daily until the swelling goes down and he feels much better again.
So, this product is "just what the Doctor ordered" as they say.
