Format:Audio CD
As others have stated this is a serious return to form from a master of the scene. It's not often you get an entire album of top quality innovative tunes that make you want to get up, go out and party. I can't praise this album enough, even after listening to it again and again for many times it still is strong and fresh. If only all d&b albums were as good as this...BUY IT!

Roni Size's newly released album, 'the Return to V', cannot go unnoticed in that the first 5 tracks consist of a deep and satisfying drum and base sequence, different to that of previous albums which have been widely hip hop orientated. But with the likes of Dynamite MC and even Beverly Knight putting their marks upon some Jazzy and originaly flavoured tunes, Roni Size has got it right once again. The mixing is good, and he has developed some masterful an textbook mixing within the tunes themselves. The Bristol scene has put him right again, and this album has definitely alot to offer. If you like big bass lines with long and unleahing build ups, this is for you.
