This is Karen Kingsbury's third novel in the Redemption series and is just as wonderful as the previous two. The story focuses on Luke, the only son of the Baxter family and follows his struggles in his faith and his relationships. We also see the continuing storylines of the rest of the Baxter family - both the bitter and sweet. The storylines are beautiful and ultimately hopeful, and are a great reminder of God's continuing love towards us, even if we don't always make the best choices. The characters are realistic and challenge you to think about your own relationships and how you would react to the situations they find themselves in. I would highly recommend these books!

Return is a welcome addition to the redemption series. It takes yet another look into the baxter family, taking you through struggles that people face in day to day life. Well worth reading this series

Once you start reading a Karen Kingsbury book you just can't put it down. This series focuses on the Baxter family and all the ups and downs that family life brings. I like the fact the God is always there in the midst of them even if they are not aware of it. Once you have finished a book in the series you just can't wait to go on to the next one to see what will happen to members of the family.
