This book is a very thought provoking book on miscarriages of justice and
is superbly researched and well written. Any one who is involved in the
criminal justice system should buy this book. This book shows how things
can and do go wrong and shows why accountability for causing miscarriages
of justice to the relevent body should be high on everyones agenda.
Highly recommended book you will NOT be disapointed and worth every penny.

The book was a recommended textbook and one of several that I used on my LLM (Criminal Justice) programme at Bristol University (UK). Dr Michael Naughton was the lecturer on the 'Miscarriages of Justice' module of the course. The book is well researched and the contents were brought to life by Dr Naughton during his lectures and seminars. I recommend the book as a 'riveting' read to ALL who want to know what 'miscarriages' of justice in general is about.
