About the Author

The authors, Fiona Elliott and Janet Rider, are both established retail consultants with extensive experience in buying and merchandising. This is a great introduction to the art of purchasing.Covering areas such as Planning a budget,structuring the merchandise,developing product and brands,sourcing,presenting and improving overall buying performance.An easy to grasp piece of literature with insightful case studies.A must for anyone with a vested interest in this area.Recommended to experienced purchasers also.Great value
