Having seen Phil Olley speak (very impressively) at a business event I was keen to learn more about his RESULTS strategies. I was even more impressed. Phil has an easy to read style and his practical Action Zones at the end of each chapter help FOCUS your mind for the RESULTS you desire. Chapters 14 'Energy' and 16 'Having a Self Upgrade' are great!

Well structured book breaking down how to be effective into easily digested chunks of information. Serious topic but this book is written in a lighthearted enough style to be a good flowing read. Highly recommend if you are looking for tools to be more confident, effective and to get the results that you want.

Phil is a leading business coach with a unique style, which focuses on changing your mindset to achieve results beyond what you expect. Having been lucky enough to have experienced Phil's coaching first hand, I can confirm that this book gives you many of the tools and techniques that I (and many others) pay a huge amount for. It's like having Phil sitting by your side, speaking to you ihn person. The main difference is that, with the book, you have to really make yourself use the techniques - there are pages to fill in and things to do. (The temptation with a book is to simply read the book, rather than do the exercises). But it's really worth doing them, as Phil's techniques can completely change how you think, act and achieve. However, if you do decide to simply read the book, you'll still get a lot out of it, and it's an easy read. For transparency, although I am a client of Phil's I bought the book from Amazon like everyone else, he didn't ask me to write the review and he's not giving me any financial incentive to do so.
