This product is very well made and of good design but is sold as "fully waterproof". When I recieved it, I found a plastic re-usable bag was provided to keep your valuable items dry. The cover is not waterproof , splash proof or even damp proof.

This Item should have been better labled as non waterproof, for just another 3 pound I could have got the water proof one.
The item does work very well if you never intend to be riding in the rain.

It is exactly as the picture and description indicates... very visable, decent size to cover a backpack and waterproof. Its protected my backpack and contents so far on my daily commute... and withstood and nice slide on the ice the other day to, so it's quite durable too unlike my arm! I would recommend it.
