I have bought this book to prepare a MBA exam in HR Strategy and Management and it was very useful because it treats the subject in a very easy way (from the ABC to most complex notions I would say), quoting a lot of examples and discussing the topic under every point of view.

Really recommened for HRM students and for Managers that would like to update their knowledge!

I found the book much better structured in relation to my way of thinking than the Laurie Mullins book "Management and Organisational Behaviour" I had previously been using for my Masters, although I accept that they have slightly different objectives.

The book is fantastic but I found the website very confusing so probably won't use it. Highly recommended for any HR professional or student.
