5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent 20 Oct 2012

Teaches you to identify exactly where the anger and frustration comes from thus making it possible to find lasting resolutions to re-occurring conflicts. It is not necessary for both partners to read this book to gain the benefits either. I like the fact that it explains how to be more assertive rather than aggressive and in doing this you can change the dynamics in your relationship all by yourself so there is not need to feel helpless anymore (which was how I was feeling). As mentioned by a previous reviewer there is some overlap in content with "I love you but I am not in love with you" but there is also additional very valuable information and exercises too.
