Is there a difference between Resistance Bands? Absolutely!! Resistive Bands are constructed 2 ways - Moulded or Layered. Moulded bands are created by pouring liquid latex into and mould and letting it harden. Moulded bands are a weaker band because of what we call the matrix effect. Layered bands (Like our ones) are formed by bonding multiple layers together with a strong epoxy that is heated. This creates a much stronger matrix bond. If a layered band gets a slight cut along the side of the band, it will not tear easily because there are multiple layers holding it together. Moulded bands get a slight cut and they tear like a piece of paper because it is all one piece. Mostly all flat resistance bands are moulded and therefore you need to make sure about how the band is constructed before you purchase. Resistance Bands we produce are the only layered bands on the market that are proven manufactured layered bands. Do the bands come with any warranty ? All our resistance bands come with a 1 year warranty for defective bands. If any of your bands are defective, they are replaced immediately. Bands that are defective tear straight, while bands that are being overstretched or miss used tear in a shredded manner.

After receiving the bands promptly I have used them regularly for several weeks. I am quite a large man but found I can still get a good workout using them. The bands give a good range of resistance and the handles are easily clipped on / off the bands.
My only problem with them is the bag that contained them, once they are "released" they are not easy to get back in!
Good value and easy to recommend them.

These bands get used everyday intensley for past month with no probs.
The resistance suits all levels of strength and accomodate any purpose weather you want to build or tone, look good or build inner strength and endurance.
Put simply you have a mobile multigym and more in a small sack. Just checkout resistance band training vids on youtube add a little inventivness & your. On to a real winner. Excellent value 4 money product, Goods recieved promptly in top condition

These resistance bands do the job well. I purchased them after I injured my left leg and I was told by the physio to do some resistance exercises on this leg. He actually recommended this product because he told me that I should start off with lower resistance and then move on to the higher resistance bands after 7-8 weeks which I've now done. I would highly recommend this set of resistance bands for anyone that wants different levels of resistance depending on which part of the body you're working out.
