Firstly, id like to say that this movie has both a 2D and 3D option on the main menu. Im also not reviewing the movie as thats what IMDB is for: [...]
Now the movie itself was shot in 3D so takes full advantage of the technology. Without giving too much away, i would say that nearly all of the movie is shot so that your looking in to give it depth (i forget the techno jargon for that as opposed to things flying out at you), which i like, as (funnily enough) it adds another dimension to the movie! It also doesnt give you any headaches, or doesnt give me any, as your eyes arent working as hard to recognise things flying out at you.
I dont want to spoil the movie, so i wont, but their are a number of scenes where there are lots of zombies on the screen and the depth is amazing. One of my favourite scenes is at the beginning in a corridor....the 3D effect looks awesome.
Anyway, highly recommended to showcase your shiny new TV!!
