Amazon Verified Purchase
I had to buy this as the original which came with my Acer Aspire netbook gradually started to lose connectivity and then eventually died. This was because of all the twisting and turning I put the netbook through. This damaged the cable near the end which connects to the netbook. I am pleased with this replacement because the cable is much thicker and looks sturdy and therefore should better withstand my manhandling. A tiny bit disappointed that it is about 9 inches shorter than the original which is why I have docked a star. Very pleased I ordered it through Globe trading as they delivered in the quickest possible time.

It may work but I sent it straight back.
The original charger has a a right angle connection into the Netbook designed to make it less vulnerable where the wire goes into the connector plug. The illustration on the web sites shows just such connector.
In reality what came was a simple straight-in connector.
If I wanted such a cheap connector I could have bought a charger replacement for less on Ebay. I did not want such a connector so I sent it back.

As i ordered the product after Christmas and there was a general distribution crisis in the Uki expected a delay in my order reaching me. However i was impressed with the way my e-mails were promptly responded to. When my new lead arrived i was very pleased with it and in fact it is even better than the original. Really.. So i would use this service again. Definately.
