As I am sure most of you are aware, going to any of your local pc world/currys/general electronics hardware store will yield only shock at the obscene amount of money people charge for replacement adapters HOWEVER since purchasing this product I have wished I hadn't been so tight with my money.
The product was delivered within excellent time and proceeded to work for a few hours. It is now the early hours of the morning and it has subsequently electrocuted me several times - both through direct contact with the part you plug into the laptop and by supercharging any metal on my laptop keyboard.
You get what you pay for.

A great replacement lead for my acer aspire 5735 laptop, which was needed after my puppy chewed through the original! Very quick delivery and an excellent price.

I purchased a replacement acer laptop charger and was at first delighted with my bargain. Unfortunately this has been shortlived. The charger box overheats to such an extent that the box itself has warped and where the lead exits the box shows signs of melting. For a product that shows the kitemarks this is disappointing. It is too dangerous to use now due to the burning smell that emits when it is plugged in. Do not make the same mistake as me!!!

Terrible avoid
Worst thing I have ever bought. Blew up after having it 2 weeks. Don't buy this, complete waste of time. Go for a more higher end product if you want this to last

adapter charger
This adapter charger for my laptop is much better than the one which came with the laptop. It has a much stronger cable on it and has given me no trouble.

Not worth the money, don't bother buying
The jack on this charger lead is so loose you have to hold the jack in the socket with your fingers, the slightest bit of movement and it disconnects. Read more
