This is the repertory that most homoeopathic students are required to familiarise themselves with, before moving on to more modern versions.
If you are serious about homoeopathy, than this book should be part of your collection, and not to gather dust, but for use.
Buy this edition if you are a cash-strapped student trying to save money, or someone who intends not to practice the Kentian method later on in life. This edition will have to be replaced once you've finished college, however, as they usually fall apart before then, and should you move on to more modern repertories, or you don't wish to practice classically, this won't be a problem. The Indian editions do contain some mistakes in printing, which can be frustrating when trying to select a remedy (as a beginner).
If you intend to use this book throughout your working life, then may I suggest you buy an edition printed in England or America as the quality of these books ensures they last a lifetime (or at least halfway through your practice).
One way or the other, you will have to know this book like the back of your hand if you intend to learn homoeopathy properly.
