My existing Sky hand control had been in continuous use since then digital service started in 1996 but after 14 years the control and up buttons were clearly wearing out. The item was delivered in three days, is nearly identical to the original and worked straight out of the box. The only difficulty was that I had to enter and re enter the program code for my TV several times before it took effect. Whether this was down to the TV or the control is impossible to say. The answer seems to be to sit near to the TV to do the programming.

One for All Sky100 remote control - order processed very quickly, item arrived within 48 hours. Gave some feedback immediately as some of the buttons do not operate at all. Sky button, volume button, on/off button. Item is correctly aligned to the TV/video (Sony Bravia). Have not heard anything at all from either Amazon or the product manufacturer. As I said, very poor quality. It is not possible to submit this review without giving at least one star.

I needed a replacement for my Sky remote control, and found Sky quite expensive, so I turned to Amazon for a cheaper version, and found this one ! It works perfectly well with my Sky+ box and TV. It has all the standards buttons as on the original remote. It has big buttons & it is easy to use (point and press !) so I recommend this TV remote !
