Format:Audio CD
I have been using Releasing You from the Past for 7 days now and the results are truly amazing. I feel like a new person. The good thing with this is that there are no long and impossibly hard techniques to master, you just listen and it does it all by itself.

good forgiveness book

After reading what this, I just wanted to let others know that I deeply appreciate what this has given me and to thank the writer for eventually giving me peace of mind because of this book. I have learned that forgiveness does not mean that you have to reconcile with someone who badly treated you. The strategies show that to withhold forgiveness is to choose to continue to remain the victim, and now this CD book has set me free.
