Liz Adamson's little book on guilt shows us how we are working from guilt instead of being spontanious to the moment. It is in our relationships and in the mechanics of expression and poeple pleasing. She shows us how to recognise guilt ond deal with it. Highly recommended as all her books are! And highly recommended for our emotions! Also recommended is a cd to go with her book clearing conscious and unconcious guilt which is seperate.

I read this little book in one sitting and I can't remember the last time I immediately re-read a book finding new insights each time. It is excellent and the author's style for me, is the perpect balance between empathy and practicality. Points are made wisely and simply, a most effective combination. I will be recommending this book and look forward to reading other titles in the series. Best fiver I have spent in years!
