After reading Brave New World it was interesting that I started listening to this cd. This is mind altertion in the best possible sense though :) I go to sleep with it on as this is when the mind is most vulnerable/susceptible to new information which it doesn't yet regard as truth. Theory aside, I have found I'm more accepting and less angry since playing this just over a week now. I have made some changes for myself and am concentrated on my life more which I think I was resistant to but hadn't realised which is what was truthfully making me angry. I wanted to share this so hopefully people who could benefit know how it's helped somebody else :)
