I bought this cd for my mum as a Xmas present about two years ago, and she absolutely loves it. She plays it whilst doing her housework, and informs me that there is only one weak track on the whole album, and because it is "Engelbert" doing the singing, she feels that even this little gripe is "Nitpicking" This is a great little cd, another "Spectrum" release, with nineteen tracks, half of which are all Engelbert hits from his "Decca" days. The remainder are all very good covers, songs such as "Dance the night away" (Mavericks) "Angels" (Robbie Williams) "She" "It's all in the game" and a few other standards, which Engelbert really performs with style and gusto. Other than another greatest hits release, this is as good a cd of Engelbert that is possible to get at present, and is available on Amazon in new or used format, even new, it is going for a nominal price. One point I must make, I am really impressed by the recordings released on the "Spectrum" label, as a few of my last buys have been on this label, and all of these buys are great value at budget prices. This cd, rates a five star billing, and my mum will back me up. Yours, Mrs. M Walsh. "Maw".
