I used this CD in conjunction with Effective Birth Preparation (Hospital or Birth Centre): A Self Hypnosis CD Programme (Natal Hypnotherapy Programme) The relaxing birth music was played on a loop during the birth of my daughter and it acted as a trigger for me to relax. We listened to it many times after the birth too as it always had a calming influence on my daughter. She is now a year old and we still enjoy listening to it to remember her birth and also to relax.

Wonderful music to listen to while pregnant. This CD helped me fall asleep countless times and worked very well with the hypnotherapy CD for homebirth. Never listened to it while actually giving birth (I was kind of busy) but nevertheless recommend it.
