This cd left me feeling relaxed both mentally and physically. The narrator effectively creates a bubble of tranquillity using positive imagery and encouraging words helping you to feel completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

I loved this CD just as much as Charmaine's first CD Relax - "Guided Relaxation for your Mind Body and Soul". I don't always get time to just chill but ever since purchasing this CD I want to take time out. I have a clearer head and I am more focus and thus my performance with my work and various activities are more is more accurate.

After having an uplifting and relaxing experience with Charmaine Pollard's other CD: Relax - Guided Relaxation for your mind body and soul.
I found this CD just as great, especially for those times when I simply can't dedicate more time to relaxation.
I tend to use this CD in the early morning, before preparing for the busy day ahead, "Today is a Good Day", this relaxation particularly helps to get me in a more positive frame of mind, ready to face whatever lies ahead. Usually a stressful day at work!
All the tracks are great, but my favourite is "The Rainbow", this relaxation reminds me to accept situations and take the positives from them.
