From the Author
Learning to spend 10 minutes a day doing nothing
Even though I am a yoga teacher, just like everyone else, I am busy, busy, busy. But I have found spending a few minutes a day practicing a restorative yoga pose not only changes the flow of the rest of my day but also positively effects my personal relationships and my writing. I simply enjoy life more when I take time to "be" instead of "do" every minute of the day. I think you will, too.
