I said, “Why don’t you just sit back, Relax, Listen and I will go fetch you a refill”. That’s how I introduced my latest music project to my longstanding friend of many years. It was a dark December evening and the wind howled as it splattered rain against the French windows, however, it neither bothered nor disturbed us as the sound was rejected by the music. The glow of the fire warmed on the outside while the smooth cognac warmed on the in, as we relaxed she looked up and said, “This is good”.
Behind “Relax Listen” Is a musician, producer, sound engineer and teacher of music technology, all rolled into one individual, based in the Black Country West Midlands. The brand of music is a fusion of rock, jazz and classical, tending to be filed under the “Easy Listening” classification.
