I got this for my daughter who was having a very unsettled first year at school. It has helped to calm her down. She likes to read it at anytime, even in the bath. She took it to school and her teacher got a copy of it too. I think the book combined with one of the CD's is probably best to start with. There is also a DVD with some of the meditations from this book.

Great to do anytime and anywhere. My child loves this book and wont go to bed without it now. Affirmations are really simple and easy to remember. Would definately recommend this book

Relax Kids - The Wishing Star
Very calming and relaxing for settling children before sleep. Also helps deal with any worries they may have. Wish I'd had this years ago! Highly recommended.
