This book is upsolutely 'A Must Buy' ... I have two versions one paperback (Which has loads of markings on it made by me) and the hardback version (For reference purposes). It is a clear understandable source of Tony Robbin's and Cloe Madane's 'Human Needs' Psychology. Erickson is the common ground, where the two mastered their fields and then the two meet up from these different fields; of Family Therapy and Personal Development and together using Human Development, they form the new training on which this book is based. Then new 'Six Human Needs' takes off.

A must have for reference and read, for all in the fields of helping others; Coaching, Therapy, NLP, Counselling, and for those that want to understand a persons needs. You will learn how to fulfil these needs or even change them in order to massively change patterns, habbits and behaviours. This book is a stand alone book with questions to work through at the back of the book. But if you can look up the Robbins, Madanes training of which this book comes from or get hold of any DVD's of the Strategic Intervention films they have produced. These will greatly benefit you; to see what is in this book ... live as it happens, is a marvel that all have a tear in their eye, when seeing the process unravel and a person is freed. No matter whom you are!

The book is so well written that it is easy to read and to understand. The author's compassion and understanding of people shines through and she gently guides the reader to find alternative ways to communicate. She has a way of bringing humour into her work that makes everything possible and puts the playfulness and fun back into relationships, without feeling judged or criticised. Cloe Madanes is an outstanding author with extraordinary insight and understanding of human behaviour. Her work is changing lives across the world. I'm a huge fan!
