Format:Audio CD
I am a Yoga instructor and find it very difficult to find suitable music. This CD is ideal for relaxation, meditation and deep relaxation. It can also be run in the background during the whole duration of the class. Each track is approximately 5 minutes long, which means that the instructor can just add them up evenly to the required length.

Excellent CD, perfectly timed & relaxing yet thought provoking for Reiki treatments. I have bought several CD's since, but none have ever matched up or got close to this one.

Format:Audio CD
This CD is the most beautiful and relaxing CD. Not only for Reiki, but I use this to unwind at the end of an evening. I have recently passed a Reiki 1st degree level and we had this playing during the course session. I can recommend this for anyone who is a holistic practioner, or for anyone who just wants to something to relax to.

Soothing music

Reiki Music
This is a lovely relaxing CD. It's ideal if you are a reiki practitioner. The natural breaks in music will not interrupt the healing process.
