...AND LOTS MORE

Plus...
I also give you a STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS of how to apply for your own trademark application in the UK and throughout the entire European Union, in straightforward language that you can simply follow.

I am not a lawyer or Trade Mark attorney; I run my own small business and every part is precious to me.

So why did I learn about Trademarks and write this Kindle ebook?

A few years ago I was copied by a competitor and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I lost business, market share, customers and money. I didn’t want it to happen again. I researched how to protect my business and found I can protect myself by registering Trademarks.

A Trademark lawyer did my first two registrations; I thought it was the only way to do it. I gave him all the details; he made the application, but I still had to understand the requirements so I could answer his questions. I really wanted to get it right, so I researched and found lots of useful information.

Then I discovered I could actually register a Trademark myself in the UK and Europe without using a lawyer. I had lots of questions; I researched and found out more.
I registered my next two Trade Marks myself, saving time and cost (up to about 80% compared to using a lawyer).
I did make mistakes, and then learnt even more on how to overcome them and I’ve registered trademarks for myself and for other businesses too.

This book gives you ALL the questions I had along the way, the answers I found and the experience I gained.

It’s not a legal manual, it’s a simple, quick, bite-sized practical system you can follow.
From one business owner to another, it tells you just what you need to know, what you need to check, and what you need to prepare, so you can apply for your own Trade Marks and protect your business, your brand, your future.

There are no smoke and mirrors, no hidden extras and no missing chapters; you get the benefit of my hindsight and experiences of how to Trademark.

The great thing is my Trademarks give me ALL the legal rights of protection for my registered marks in the UK and EU. I can stop anyone ripping me off, copy me, or jump on my bandwagon.

If I can protect my business, my brand and my future revenues, you can too.

His interest in Trademarks, comes from an instance where a competitor used an almost exact copy of one of his product names and he could do nothing about it. He then started to look for effective ways to protect what he creates and researched Trade Marks.

Due to changes in the way Trademark applications are made, it is now simple for anyone to register their own trademarks in the UK and Europe, without using a lawyer and save £100s in costs.
As Gary says: "Anyone selling to the UK and Europe, or even considering it, should think about how they will protect their brand, their business AND their future. If someone trademarks your brand before you do, they can stop you in your tracks. Action is the key, and knowing what it takes is the way forwards. Even if you are going to use a trademark attorney, you need to know this stuff anyway, otherwise how else will you know how to tell them what you need?"

Taking a no nonsense business approach to this topic, Trade Marks Made Easy is a simple , quick and effective way to break down the jargon, understand the implications and protect what you have worked so hard in building up: "What I tell you is what I do in my own business, this way I know it works."

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally! A no nonsense guide to trademarks. 26 April 2013

How to Register a Trademark in the UK and Europe Without Using a Lawyer and Save Yourself £100s: Trade Marks Made Easy

I was asked to look into trademarks for the company where I work, I had no idea where to start or what to do.

After scurrying around and reading some rather drab material by other authors I was surprised by the level of detailed information contained within the book and how the book flows easily.

In short the author takes what is a fundamentally boring subject and makes it readable, even humorous at times.

If you want to know how to trademark without spending a small fortune then I recommend this book.

P.S I saved my company money and looked like a trademarking pro thanks to this book...that's always a plus!

This book has been such a help and I only started reading it yesterday! Now I feel much calmer
about the whole idea of trademarks and copyright - especially when I realise just how easy it
is to apply the author's ideas. Short, sharp, to the point - like it! My sort of reference and how to book.

5.0 out of 5 stars So straightforward, even I undertsand it ! 27 April 2013
By Diane
Format:Kindle Edition
I've been looking into trademarks and read lots of different information - most is really heavy and a little confusing (and really boring !).

I decided to get this book. What I like is that it is written in a straightforward way that is easy to understand. Each area is broken down into short segments so you can either read it straight through or dip in and out of the sections depending on what you are looking for.

I've now started to apply for my own trademark. I read the sections and then followed the process towards the back of the book so I knew what I was doing when I made the application, and what everything meant.

I fully recommend How to Register a Trademark in the UK and Europe Without Using a Lawyer and Save Yourself £100s: Trade Marks Made Easy
A friend of mine had his logo copied by someone else. He didn't have it protected and now he has a problem in his business. This is why I wanted to protect what I do.

By Carl
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Started reading this today and immediately I can see the value. I was just about to part with some money to get a trademark registered thinking I had to get someone to do it for me until I saw this book. Little did I know this was something I could do for myself.

Great value and would recommend to anyone in a similar situation as myself.
