Great starting point to reggae genre..the cd does tend to go a bit fast with example/lessons. But not all reggae bass is simple as the book makes out.

This is a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn how reggae grooves can be developed over chord sequences it includes many well known reggae bass lines from the 70's and beyond after going through this book you will have the tools to create your own reggae bass lines a good introduction to old style reggae and well worth a look in.
