Product Description

Product Description

This book provides a stylish, accessible guide to the natural therapeutic benefits of reflexology. At its heart is a complete step-by-step reference, demonstrating how to carry out a full foot and hand treatment with clear, annotated photographs that show exactly where to apply pressure and which technique to use where. There are explanations of how to adapt treatments to suit the whole family – including children, babies and the elderly – and treatments for 60 common ailments ranging from arthritis to colic, plus quick-fix tips such as a de-stressing treatment for use in a supermarket queue or busy office.

From the Author

A very useful book 15 Mar 2004
Format:Paperback
This book is packed with loads of useful information for beginners of reflexology. It covers both hand and foot reflexology. It has self help techniques as well as techniques you can practise on others. At the end it has a list of reflexology associations which is very useful. It contains a beautiful and detailed map of the hand and feet reflexology areas.
The most beautiful thing about the book is the well done illustrations, explaining every single step. After picking up this book you will be tempted to try reflexology on yourself and others. It has been researched well and also contains reflexology techniques for various ailments. A very useful buy.

I bought this book for my sister who is interested in learning about reflexolgy and how beneficial it is. She thinks the book is excellant and has given her an insight into how it all works, much to our benefit as when we go see her, we always have a foot massage which is wonderful.
