This book is packed with loads of useful information for beginners of reflexology. It covers both hand and foot reflexology. It has self help techniques as well as techniques you can practise on others. At the end it has a list of reflexology associations which is very useful. It contains a beautiful and detailed map of the hand and feet reflexology areas.
The most beautiful thing about the book is the well done illustrations, explaining every single step.After picking up this book you will be tempted to try reflexology on yourself and others.It has been researched well and also contains reflexology techniques for various ailments. A very useful buy.

I bought this book for my sister who is interested in learning about reflexolgy and how beneficial it is. She thinks the book is excellant and has given her an insight into how it all works, much to our benefit as when we go see her, we always have a foot massage which is wonderful.

Well written, easy to read and follow with excellent photographs. I purchased this book along with Reflexology Bible and Reflexology by Inge Dougans. I am very pleased with all three books.

Beginner book,
Too basic, not what I was looking for actually! Good book with pictures but I wanted to learn a bit more on how to read feet.

Good quality second hand product
This was a second hand copy, however it seems almost new. The book itself is full of photos and colourful diagrams which make it easy to learn something as difficult as this. Read more
