Taking 6 pre work out gave me the energy to accomplish 3-5 more reps, 6 post work out cut the recovery time by at least half.

I've used BCAA's from many manufacturers over the years and these are no different from the rest. I trust the reflex brand because I use their natural whey product so thought I would buy these and they did the job.

These were dispatched promptly. The quantity of ingredients is greater per tab than that sold by a well known high street retailer with connection to our Dutch neighbours (sic). All in all I'm quite happy with this product and will be purchasing more once the current supply is exhausted.
