I had a project that required a lot of combination train & bike trips, and figured a folder would be the best way to tackle it. The Easy Street offered the best range of features for my rather tight budget (I opted for a slightly older version).
PROS: with its decent-sized wheels the Reflex fairly zips along (like riding a Moulton, if anyone remembers them); six gears are enough for most purposes (although really steep climbs will defeat it); the bike folds away in seconds into a size that will get it onto any train.
CONS: being at the cheaper end of the market the bike is pretty heavy, and you don't want to carry it very far in folded configuration; the handlebar folding mechanism can "bite" you if you're not careful; on delivery the seat-post was extremely slack and required a lot of work with a torque wrench to get it to stay put; instructions supplied were purely generic for Reflex bikes and had no information specific to folders - not very helpful for the neophyte.
I put the Easy Street through the wringer, racking up several hundred miles in just a few weeks, and it coped superbly - only maintenance required was keeping air in the tyres and a spot of lube on the chain. Overall, great fun to ride & very practical - highly recommended if cost is an issue.

There were a few problems with the packaging of the bike, but i was very pleased with the bike, good sturdy construction , easy fold-away mechanism, i did find the bike a bit heavy for a small folding bike, but for the price it is a quality bike, and it would of been alot more expensive to purchase an alloy one , which is not that much lighter anyway, i must specify that amazon are excellent to deal with and very proffesional in putting things right.

Well I purchased this bike a few days ago, and here are my findings so far:

The bike is well built and strong.
I did have to fiddle with the gears for a while, so that they all changed properly, but that might have just been factory fitting and easily rectified either on your own or probably for very little by a bike shop.

The bike is Heavy - If you are a bloke, I think you will be OK, but for ladies? - Well unless you are quite a strong girl then I would suggest maybe finding an aluminium framed folder.

However I had researched all this before buying, and decided I was strong enough to take the extra weight, and for the price it is a real bargain.

I can now cycle from my Flat in Tufnell Park Road to where I work in Regent St London in exactly 26 mins, which I have to say pretty much beats the bus and the tube!! And will save me £27.60 per week on my Oyster Card!

So there you have it, and excellent little bike for the price, and once you get used to how small it is and different from a normal solid frame bike, then you will love it and it will give you a lot of pleasure and freedom.

I hope you go for one too!

Dickie x

sturdy construction and well made, not too heavy but heavier than other lightweight alloy frames; can easily be taken on public transport once folded up (which is fairly straight forward and quick to do). Has good gears (6 speed) which are shimano. brakes are O.k nothing special just standard V-type but they do the job. the mud flaps and rear luggage rack are a nice extra. only criticism is the ride comfort due to the fact that it has no suspension and has small wheels; but if you change the standard seat for one with springs underneath then its great. I use this bike for a daily commute to work and back which is a 14 mile round trip and its fine for this. also the gearing is suitable for steep hills and isn`t too much hard work on the climbs. all in all a great bike for the price.

This isn't the lightest or most advanced folding bike, but for the current price it is very reasonable. The bike was delivered to me 3 working days after I ordered it. It comes in a large box, almost fully assembled. It took me about 30 minutes to remove all the packaging, fold it out and adjust it. The seat was too loose at first and would slide down as I rode it, but once I worked out that the quick-release knob is adjustable when the QR handle is open, I had that fixed that in no time. As long as you're not going to be riding up and down steep hills, it's very easy and comfortable to ride. Given the price, I might even get another one for friends to use.

FIRST OF ALL: It is definitely a good bike for its price.

BUT: You should not buy this bike if any of the following apply to you:

1. I am a girl or a skinny guy and carrying the bike is going to be necessary at some point of my daily commute: The bike folds very easily but it is heavy. You will be able to lift it or carry it but not for a long time or distance.
2. I am completely useless with tools and I am not willing to pay someone extra money to adjust the bike: During the first week I had to adjust the folding mechanism, the gears (which can be a pain if you do not know exactly what you are doing), one of the wheels and one pedal actually fell off during one of my first rides. There was and there is nothing wrong or broken in the bike, it just needed to be carefully adjusted.
It rides perfectly now.
3. I expect the instructions or user manual to help me with the bike: The instructions are absolutely useless, Black & white, tiny, pixelated images, text is not very informative. You either know how to do it or you are going to have to figure everything out yourself.

OTHERWISE: Good bike, not very expensive, has made my life and commute easier and cheaper.
